WHich season are you?

Autumn.. I love that season. I start to ache for it towards the end of August. Yes, it starts to enter my mind.. how much I will enjoy walks in the cool, crisp air, all the varieties of apples, squash and bins full of different types of nuts in the stores.

And here in the USA we have a holiday called Halloween, the last evening in October.. which has children dressing scary and knocking at their neighbors door saying "Trick or treat!" and you have to give them some candy.

Most decided late Fall and Winter. Allergies (outside) are gone. It's nice and chilly for sleep. Can breathe better in the Winter. Can not wait until the first good snowfall to go outside being able to enjoy the large flakes seen in front of street lights. Would slip and fall, but tempted to jump for joy whilst walking with my wagon to the store in steady falling snow.

We're in the right area of the country. Almost no Spring, and only a couple of months of hot/humid. One drawback is that one can't swim in the lakes unless you enjoy cold water. Partner once went swimming in Her college years in Lake Champlain with chunks of ice floating in the water---in June.
