Finishing the last of the homemade chicken and dumplings. This cold weather calls for it!

Trying to narrow down a winning chili recipe for the annual cook-off at work. I've entered 6 times and never won. I did win last year for best side dish...jalapeño and pineapple cornbread. But the BIG blue ribbon still eludes me. I shall not give up!
