Red and I are enjoying the crisp fall weather and making our Christmas lists. We discovered during the conversation that we like many others have trapped in the overwhelming commercialisim for over 50 + years. Stressing over what everyone wants instead of giving what we want to give. Our lists are much smaller this year and we are at ease with our decisions. Peace Okiebug

I love this song by The Commodore and Lionel Richie.... seems like a GQQD Sunday to listen to an golden oldie and just count all my blessings and enjoy what the day brings! I hope everyone (including Santa!) has an easy-over Sunday morning!

We had breakfast and are being pretty lazy today. Just one official chore between Us and then We'll set for the day. We've got a lot of TV to watch. I'm thankful for a day off without much to do.
Working off of Okie's post.... I'm thankful for someone who gets me....really gets me in all my flawed glory....for a crazy lil fuzz bucket....for a wild extended family and for shelter over my head, food in my belly and clothes on my back. |
