Hi Ladies ~ 10 more shopping days left ! I bought this cutest game for a 7 yr. old little boy that comes over every Christmas Eve ~ it's called "Pull My Finger" lol it does exactly what u would expect the game to do ~ each time its your turn u pull the monkey's finger until it's some ones turn and the monkeys butt blows up lol it let's out a monkey fart lol Perfect boy toy !

Despite my mom's death, this Christmas is really starting to feel kind of....nice. My baby sis, her hubs and I are finding the new normal. There is no home place associated with my mom here, but my sis and bro in law are driving an hour up to my place on Christmas, where I will provide the meal.

I didn't know that they never go anywhere for Christmas, and they felt sad about that. I was always carting my mom to her people for the Holidaze. And when I was married, I was involved in the horrific, materialistic nightmare that was my exe's family Christmas.

Even though I'm missing my mom like crazy right now, I am feeling a peace that I have not experienced at this time of year in over two decades.
