 for my Mom & Dad, sister Jeanne, and my brother John.Any kind of holiday just make me think of you all a bit more than usual. I miss you so much. Special Candle request
Yeserday...
My 12 year old son,My 3 year old grandson and my grandaughter age 6 as well as myself.. Seen a very bad accident happen to a 55 year old man on a motorcycle. I am asking for a few things.. Prayers for the family and friends of this guy to help them get through the pain. Prayers for the lady who hit him...Not her fault btw...That she as well as her passenger, will be able to release any guilt and fear from this accident. Prayers that allll who wittnessed it will heal and release this from their minds.....My kids are taking this very hard...It was really bad! I light a candle today in thanksgiving for early morning bird song. Their sweet music brings a calm and meditative spirit over the bubbling frenzy that sometimes threatens to take over my life.
I listen to the back and forth call, watch the cats return home in the not-so-dark before sunrise. In the beauty of morning darkness, I am reminded that life's complications are not so complex, not so impossible. The breathing in and out, the pulse of Creation illuminates this day and animates my spirit. I am thankful and humbled by this reminder. |
