Im thinking today would be a good day for the world to put together its collective head and demand a solution to the BP oil spill.

I am finding it disconcerting to see the limits of our engineering knowledge in this crisis.

And, Im thinking we need some creative energy, in the form of a single mother on a shoe string budget who probably has the most common sense approach to this. I figure if one can figure how to fix the innards of my toilet using a dixie cup and duct tape, they can probably figure this out.
