Not enough. Doggie was scared of the bad storm so she had to sleep with me and doesnt lay still.

But I'm okay. I'm guessing that the plant based diet I am on is partially to blame.

I took an late afternoon nap yesterday and was able to sleep again for about seven hours. I feel like napping again today... I'm tired, but otherwise I feel okay.

I'm not a good sleeper. Never have been. Some nights I sleep 7 hours, but wake up every 90 min. or so.

Last night, I slept three and a half.

Hardly any, and not restful.
Mom snores louder than my sister's big dog (they must have been competing), my sister has no clue how to level her big ass camper so when the wind would rock us, or somebody would get up to walk to the bathroom, it made me feel like we were gonna tip over.
