I saw the biggest opossum I have ever seen in my life. At first, I thought it was a large cat until I got closer. Then I backed away...slowly.

I saw my laptop for too many hours to count.. working on papers, but the best part is I did see two hummingbirds on the bloody currant tree, outside of my window.

i’m not sure if a bloody currant is the same as a black currant, but if so i LOVE them, I made jam with them a couple of times and it is the holy grail of all jams!

I have a very dear friend on the big volcanic island, I've been in contact with. I was afraid of the flying boulders.
I got pictures sent to me today. He is not close, actually on the other side of the island. However, today he had to drive close. The pictures are amazing! Mother nature can cause havoc.
