I had another banana, with a spoonful of peanut butter, before my workout and then I had a most divine breakfast when I got back home.

My actual breakfast was a Thomas' English muffin, toasted, with hot pepper bacon jam and lightly scrambled cheese eggs. I made an egg sandwich of it all and had a small bowl of fresh blueberries and a sectioned Halo on the side. I had a pom oj cocktail to drink. It was so good.

Sooo good.

I had a small garden salad (an bed of organic romaine leaves), with slices of banana, broken pieces of walnuts, Chua seeds and flax seeds and my homemade Tumeric salad dressing, and sesame tahini sticks. Yummy.

I am having patty sausage, French bread toast with honey, avacado, scrambled eggs with oions, cheese, and homemade pico de gallo. Apple juice to drink.

Bacon, eggs, and decaf with cream. I have an avocado, but I think I’ll save that for lunch.
