I saw two scorpions inside my house tonight. Both are dead now. I save all other critters but scorpions are bad for the kitties and me so they must die. It is now the season of scorpions in Texas. Ugh.

I saw - goats, chickens, sheep, turkeys, guinea fowl- and a 1824 Farmhouse with land for days. .. let alone the sunrises and sunsets. So happy.

i saw an amazing sunrise with a coffee in my hand

i saw two lovely people sitting across the table from me, enjoying a yummy lunch, which i enjoyed too

i saw my new video doorbell completely installed!

i saw further in the distance at the big hills than i have before

i saw my car loaded down with pots, dirt and mulch

i saw several birds at eye level

I am seeing goats and sheep wandering in pasture, turkeys going about their business, chickens making a tour around the outside of the house, cats stretched out sleeping on the deck, guinea fowl parading in a row stopping every now and again to honk at their loudest to each other- all of this under a beautiful Sun with a cool breeze blowing and temps much lower than yesterday.

Oh, and baby chicks in their little "temp" home. Today we are going to build a fenced in small circular area so we can bring them out and start letting them get acquainted with the outside.
