 BTW ... I am realizing it is about working slower and modifying normal work methods. It takes me so much longer to do things now that I used to whiz on through quickly ... but I won't hazard any risks by going back to old ways. I was so fortunate to avoid back surgery and will never forget that screaming sciatic pain in both legs and butt. I continue strengthening my core in P.T. ... learning a lot. Gemme, I certainly have appreciated you sharing your personal experience with this ailment. Thank you. I did not know what the hell was going on back in April when I got up one morning and found that walking/standing brought on intense pain. I thought if someone hurt that badly, they would just die. I was hoping it anyway! LOL!
