umm my Santa doesn't like his princess w any kind of edged weapon, even biters..but i'm pretty good with anything edged ..taught by the best and carried one in my boot in the day..to answer your question, it's legal most everywhere except a govt building, will fit anywhere, and i do mean anywhere ...i have a few but always looking for more
