I stay glued inside my house on NYE until the munitions stop blasting, the skies stop exploding in silver glittery gun powder tufts...light rain, not a good night for outdoorsy drinkers. Smells like sulphur...the drizzle hasn't slowed down any of these pyros in the 'hood.
