Saranac Lake Winter Carnival
February 1-10, 2019

Oldest continuing Winter carnival in the Eastern U.S. (orig. 1891).
Takes place in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains in the New York North Country Village of Saranac Lake.
One of the best features is a large ice castle built in the center of town by inmates from one of the area prisons, a task they are said to greatly enjoy.

Washington Wineries cruise Lake Union and into Lake Washington. There wasn't much more info than this but it looks like these are Argosy cruises so perhaps contact them for more info if interested.
