How many hours of sleep did you get last night?

5 hours, if that.

Feeling is coming back to the bottom of my palm and the pain woke me last night. Going into a busy time at work and can’t take any time off. I’ll be able to use my mouse (I’m a lefty who uses the mouse with my right hand), but I think I’ll wear the wrist brace at work.

Life could be worse.

7.5 hours and feelng rested. I needed it.

Was hoping to get into the office a little early but that ain’t gonna happen today.

Maybe tomorrow.

Maybe three hours. It was almost four the last time I looked at the clock. My thoughts kept me from it.

My favorite go-to bedtime story is Wynkn, Blynkn & Nod... 😴😴😴

I have slept pretty good the past few nights, mostly because I am ridiculously tired. Lol.

However, I hope to sleep soundly tonight. Hoping to sleep about 7 hours, if possible.

I will definitely get 9 hours, Saturday night.

Nothing like BBQ coma to help ya get some sleep.

About 5 and a half hours.

Unfortunately, lately, I'm almost always getting 5 and a half or 6 hours. Then I cat nap the rest of the night.

I don't get the type of sleep I should be getting, mostly because pain I experience in my body disrupts my sleep or sometimes, like a few weeks ago when I was SO sick, I couldn't sleep due to breathing difficulties.

But I do get rest from time to time and I do have nights where I sleep like a baby.

Last night I slept pretty good. 7 hours of sleep, but pain woke me up a couple of times.

Hoping for about the same, tonight.

I've been getting a good 8 hours lately. Last night was 8.5 and I got a cozy 1.5 hour nap in as well.

This I know, my phone tells me so. Sometimes I wish my phone wasn't so smart..lol

Over 11 hours and it felt good. Woke up at 4 am to start soaking the black-eye peas and then went back to sleep. I need more long sleeps like this but will play catch up next week.

I got 8 hours last night, woke up to feed the babies and then crawled back under the covers. I didn't get any more sleep but half an hour of warm cozy snuggling is almost as good.

7 hrs. I use to sleep a lot less but now I aim for anywhere between 7-8 hrs. a night.
