I will not allow the actions of others to affect my in a negative manner. I will not take someones' lack of communication with me as a personal affront, realizing that that person has a life of their own.

Today, I'd like to cultivate patience - mostly with myself - and my process and remembering that being a work in progress is okay, because I am making progress. I also want to cultivate a sense of self-nurturing today since I called in sick for a reason.
