ummm i'm thinkin' corned beef hash and eggs.. it's at least easy..and tasty. and I have not been to bed yet.. sigh.. up all night cooking and doing coursework.. yawn.. gotta love comps.

I stopped in an old diner for some breakfast. Scrambled eggs, homemade toast, hashbrowns, and sausage. Lots of coffee.

Everyone said howdy and good morning with Tammy Wynette and Jonny Cash playing in the background.

I made corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, cornbread with cranberry jalapeno jam, and fresh tomatoes.

Vitamin water to drink.

That would have been nice but I wanted something that took less than a minute to put together. It worked and sustained me till I was able to take a break.

I had maple and brown sugar oatmeal with almond milk, chia seeds, flax seed, bee pollen, slivered almonds, chopped walnuts and blueberries. Oj to drink and a ton of water.
