What's on your agenda today?

It's a short 2-day week, so I have a bunch of stuff to get done in a small amount of time. Last week I was typing the minutes from a meeting, and realized how many things I had said I would do. So, I will be doing those things.

Also, picking out holiday cards for the office to send to our constituents which sounds like the most fun and the first thing I will probably do.

After work, stopping by the grocery store to get the things I forgot to get when I went grocery shopping this weekend.

Possibly, starting some of the cooking for Thanksgiving. I'll have to look at my menu and see what can be done this early. I think I could make the cornbread and biscuits for the dressing.

Oh, and laundry.

Shower and dress
Take mom to the bank
Go to PT
Go grocery shopping
Pick up pies and rolls for T-day
Home to clean house and hopefully nap.

Visit banks, check.
Grab some grub for tomorrow, check.
Drop mail off at post office, check.
Pay some bills, check.
Confirmed doc appt, check.
Call shelters to see if anyone wants old cat tree/toys/etc, in progress.
Get at least one more load of trash out before the rain starts.
Move old litter box to garage.
Move student desk into living room temporarily until I have enough room to clean, paint and seal it.
Clean out fridge.
Sweep kitchen and bathroom.
Catch up on the DVR while going through paperwork, in progress.

– Buy groceries (don’t forget cheesecloth)
– Finish making the canna butter (need the cheesecloth)
– Food prep 4 breakfasts (oatmeal), 4 lunches (white beans)
– Cancel Sirius, great deal or not—it’s not worth it and I barely use it
– Double check some work I did yesterday

- move a clothing rack upstairs
- organize my clothes
- take out trash
- wash my car, if there's time

- The first thing I have to do is figure out what I have to do.
- The second thing I have to do is the most important thing on the list OR I will do the thing I can bring myself to do now and put off the most important thing on the list.
- Repeat step 2 until the most important thing gets done. Then move on to the 2nd most important thing OR the next thing I can bring myself to do now and put off the 2nd most important thing on the list.
- Somehow make it to 1:30pm.
