Wide awake. In my zone, it's been since 4:45am. Yesterday I came home and realized I was exhausted after dinner. The overwhelmingly fall asleep mode kicked right in.

Drinking coffee and catching up now.😮😀🤔

Composing a well worded letter to a PA asking if he could be possibly be my provider instead of the most unpleasant and egotistical doctor I had the misfortune to be saddled with!

This is at a pain clinic and because it's my first time dealing with such a facility, I'm not sure of protocols and such. This PA asked questions, let me speak, and most importantly listened! In short everything the doctor did NOT!
