Good Morning I've been watching the path of Cristobal. Lots of rain heading to my friends out there. Please stay safe. It's going to be the start of a very hot week here. This is the time I hibernate. (Thinking about how this will be my last summer in Texas heat!) Today, I'll be constructing a new quilt. All the squares are finished and now its designing how they will be placed. Something interesting will be found on Netflix and the smell of bbq brisket will tempt me.

Sunday's been great. I woke up before the alarm, fed the babies, put my face on and had breakfast, then went to Wally World for groceries. It's no longer morning, but I'm enjoying lunch and listening to the gentle hum and thump thump of the washer and dryer. Good stuff!

This is kinda late but hope everyone day went well and that you all are relaxing. I am drinking my coffee frappe and watching TV in my recliner.
Had a busy Sun laundry,dishes,cleaned pond,pulled weeds and lil pine tree starts,cooked great dinner and now chilling! Happy Sunday evening! Forgot i put money on a Titan motorcycle... loud with a "FATTY" tire cant wait for banks to open up tomorrow. |

We had a busy Sunday! We got up at 5:30 to watch birds in the yard while drinking coffee. I made a nice big Sunday breakfast and then we got to work. Daddy taught me how to use the table saw and miter saw and from that I built 7 trellises for our green beans to grow on. I ran out of twine for them halfway through but got all of the frames built so I just need to finish stringing them and that will just take a minute. We planted more sunflowers and tomatoes and greens and cucumbers. It was, in my opinion, a perfect Sunday.
