Oatmeal with chopped apples, cinnamon, maple syrup and walnuts with loose leaf berry mint tea.

I cooked up a batch of Wahlburgers and am eating one straight up. They are fatty, as most restaurant burgers are, and so good I can eat it with nothing but the bun. I started with oj to drink this morning but have switch over to Dr. Bob, a Dr. Pepper knock off, as a complement to the burger. Both worked well, actually.

I had a bowl of cereal, and smothered it in Coconut Cream. Then spread a few packets of truvia over the top. Plus a big dose of cinnamon sprinkles.

I am on a much needed mental health day away from work. Breakfast is chicken nuggets and an Irish coffee. Color me happy.

I went to bed late and woke up later so my breakkie was two burgers. One with MW and pickle chips and the other with Heinz 57 sauce. The burgers are good enough without anything but I wanted a little something different. I had a glass of water because that's what I do each morning and then proceeding to have a glass of fake Dr. Pepper. Dr. Bob, I think it's called.
