just getting home...PhD woke me up a little early for a mid morning run & a light work-out...then shower.................and she fixed me an israeli breakfast she called shakshuka & pita, hummus with chopped cucumber & tomato on the side..the skoka had poached eggs in it and i was so touched that she fixed it(eggs) for me..so sweet..i feel so lucky to know her........

Everyone's tired of hearing about my races by now lol, but I did another 5K this morning. I was also proud of myself for setting healthy boundaries - my friend invited me to go out for lunch afterward with her boyfriend and male friends who ran with us and I politely declined. Cheers to avoiding prolonged exposure to men!
