Lots of groceries, a few new pairs of socks, quiet gift for the little one. In our family tradition we don't "celebrate", music, dancing, parties, etc. when we have lost a loved one, same for New Years. Till NY day. Children are the exception till they are of understanding age.

Today I fired up Zelle and contacted/gifted all of mom's caregivers. I usually fly up and hand out stuffed Christmas cards, but this year everything is different. I sent out double bonuses since they have been so careful and great about the virus. I wish I could have been there this year but this felt pretty cheery!

I just purchased some retro fabrics from Etsy, to make couple of quilts. One has cherries and the other is definitely retro kitchen appliances.

A new lamp arrived yesterday. Pretty cool, its touch operated and has built in phone charger. Less cords on my nightstand.
