Sleeping most of the day and up all night. Trying to change it but you can't always do it. Went to the sleep clinic long ago and they said "night person".

I wrestled with that for awhile too SB - I really had to force myself to get up in the morning and set a time for bed and even if I did not fall asleep right away - I stayed in bed until my body finally gave out. I had to keep at it for almost 2 weeks before my body started to get back into the flow of the sleep pattern. But, as you said - sometimes there are just people who's bodies will not cooperate no matter what methods they try. My sister used to be a serious night owl - especially when she was younger - not sure what changed that made her system get with the awake during the day sleep at night thing - maybe it was because she had kids. (shrugs).

Listening to Dateline streaming on my TV.
Thinking it might be time to get a move on and make my salad and fire up the grill.

Henry Vlll to watch (stage play)
Romeo and Juliet to watch (stage play). Both Shakespeare of course.

-Finishing up laundry
-Enjoying some type of pear I've never had before, don't know what it is but it's delicious.
-Putting together Amazon, Ebay and Walmart shopping carts.
-Cleaning up some bookmarks.
-Trying my hand at cooking bacon in the oven
-Getting ready to watch some news, reaction to Caitlyn Jenner running for governor and the interview she did with Hannity.

Oh shit – and burning the hell out of some bacon! It was going perfect, nearly done so I switched to broil, just to crunch it up a bit then forgot all about it. Next thing you know I've got flames dancing around in the oven.

Just to say that cooking bacon in the microwave is by far the best. Lay on paper towels and cover with same, cook only on high for a couple of minutes. Your bacon will be cooked, crisp and most of the fat gone.
