What's for breakfast today?

In a twist on yesterday's breakfast, I did the whole mashed banana, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, ginger and blackberry thing again, but in a smaller portion. I sprinkled just a little bit, maybe an ounce, of mixed nuts on the top. It wound up being like a parfait since I kept distinct layers of everything, which was fun. Food should be fun since we eat with our eyes first.

I also had a Honey Crisp apple with small schmears of reduced fat peanut butter and water and oj to drink.
