I am not so sure about this, but I don't think we have a fun & fluff forum thread that is expressly devoted to interesting information, which you or others might find really helpful, lifesaving even.
The FYI Files is exactly the antidote most of us need, nowadays. ![]() Here are tentative rules to follow for this thread: 1) Your article/information must pass the SNOPES test (in other words, it must be factually true -- not false). 2) Your article/information must have pictures and links, for easy look up. 3) Have fun. *LOL* I will be right back, with this forum thread's first FYI post.

1) The picture.
![]() 2) Pistachio factoids: Pistachios contain about 660 nanograms melatonin per gram of pistachio, which was more than various other foods. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland to regulate the body's internal biological clock and control daily sleep cycles. 3) Article link: https://www.prnewswire.com/news-rele...sleep%20cycles.

I recently came across a very interesting tv show that I found over on YouTube, but this mini series can be found on other media platforms like Netflix, Fubu, etc. Sometimes, during the series, one can hear a melody by a choir, lofting throughout the show.
Here’s some background info about the Mr Robot series: ![]() Quote:
Rotten Tomatoes movie critic score: 94% First season aired back in 2015. You can read more here: https://www.google.com/search?q=mr+r...ie=UTF-8#ebo=0
