Crocheting a lap blanket for me!
Went thru the many totes of yarn my Mom has. She knitted for years. I never learned to knit, she was left handed. I am trying this wave pattern. Two different sand colors and a light aqua to look like water.

Getting ready to watch NCIS: Sydney. Also, just installed a riser on my toilet seat (easier on my knees). I should have done this long ago! It was only about $25 and took me about 20 minutes to uninstall the regular one, clean everything well, and install the riser with the same toilet seat on top.

It's just after 7 AM and I can't get to sleep. I've listened to music, podcasts, and watched TV. I've taken an extra sleeping pill. I have a crick in my back that won't go away. I have excruciating neuralgia and I've taken all the meds I can for those, too. I just took my first two morning pills and I'm about to give up and go back to TV. Then I'll probably get up and have some breakfast, something I hardly ever do, and never this early. Maybe I'll order from Waffle House. I hear they're charging 50 cents extra per egg while the price of eggs is so high. I don't really mind. Mmm, eggs over easy with grits and cream, ham, raisin toast with apple butter, and a pecan waffle - doesn't get much better than that. Oh, and coffee!

I just got home from my day of errands (gym, got my laundry done, dined on lunch outdoors at a beautiful downtown outdoor eatery). I also stopped by my favorite sports store and bought a bunch of brand new vinyl stickers for my car’s back window. I took all the old stickers down and put up brand new baseball stickers. 😁⚾️
 I’m home now and put all my clean laundry away and now I’m resting in my big leather momma rocking chair. Got to rest up for my doctor visits tomorrow. LOL (stuff you look forward to after 66).
