Eating: I had a small petite avocado (120 cal) with one slice of Sesame Ezekiel bread, pan toasted in extra virgin olive oil (150 cal, maybe), with one egg easy over (120 cal, possibly), and about five big blackberries. Drinking: Morning brew (zero cal), and a giant glass of clean water.  Listening to: Gary Jules | Mad World (from the movie, Donnie Darko). Last person to make me smile: the charge nurse at cardiology Last website: the hospital & cardiology  Latest health scare: I need heart surgery (asap) before I lose my health insurance (I’m worried because the GOP will destroy Medicare & Medicaid)  Latest positive news: a local high school baseball team beat the opposing team and will now go compete for the state championship title (Gooooo Sunset Apollo’s ).  Leaving for: probably to catch up on news at NYT’s, read a bit here, then go enjoy nature in my neighborhood while I can.

Wearing: a comfy house dress, bare feet (cuz I just painted my toe nails), freshly styled hair (pressed my curls straight), and a ruby red velvet blanket on my legs to keep my legs warm (arthritis is a b*tch).

wearing...as little as possible. Its too hot for clothes..lol
Sports bra and cotton shorts. Hair is messy and I keep moving my hair clip up higher and higher. eating..nothing drinking...water and ice coffee listening to...I can hear thunder out there website...weather radar says rain in about 15-20 min smiling...my cats are following me around watching...I found Grace and Frankie. I've always wanted to watch that series. next up...after the rain, I'm going to make a mad dash out to get ice cream. I'll really be smiling later

Wearing: Nightgown - I never made it into clothes today. Muk Luks non-skid socks. Hair up in a clip that keeps sliding down because I just got my hair cut shorter yesterday. Glasses.
