It’s Passover, so I’m in the middle of making matzo brie. The crumpled up matzo has to soak in egg and milk, and Pete likes a little sugar; she works at home on Mondays.

I had an early appointment with the imaging office. So....on the way home I ate an hard boiled egg and a couple of my oatmeal peanut butter balls.
This time it was oatmeal, peanut butter, honey, seame seeds, chocolate chips, tahini, cocoa powder and to make it a little spicy ..some cayenne pepper and Chinese 5 spice. These are great for a little snack! Next time, I'm adding coconut.
