Bumping Jesse’s thread on doing a day of compassion:
There’s a lady on my team at work who has been battling breast cancer and to me, it seemed like no one on my work team felt compassion for her. So I picked up some specialty products to help her hair to come back again, plus I bought a flowering plant with deep coral pink flowers, that she could take home to nurture and enjoy its beauty. My secret plan to help her get her hair back is working out nicely, and just recently she sent a picture to me by text to show me how her flowering plant is growing. It’s grown a lot and it’s beautiful. Her brother made a home made trellis to help the spiraling new limbs to climb up and show off its flowers. I feel compassion for my friend who is suffering the outcome of her cancer treatments. It makes my heart feel better to help her to feel better as she battles cancer. 🌷🌷🌷
