homemade granola
sliced strawberries
a few slices of banana
a few raw hazelnuts
w almond milk

avocado
1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1-2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
sea salt
1/2 tsp sesame seeds

toast slice of bread to desired crisp
mash avocado lightly---sprinkle with salt & pepper/red pepper flakes(to your taste)
place on toasted bread
drizzle toast with olive oil
scatter sesame seeds
enjoy~w coffee
