What is your HIGH and low for Just Today?

Low...I do have a side effect from radiation. I wasn't sure if what was happening/how I was feeling. During radiation my lymph nodes are being targeted on my left side. I have something going on in my throat thats irritating the lymp nodes there. Its catching food particles and making me feel like i have heartburn. I need to change my diet to things that slide down my throat. This morning my daily pills got stuck. So now I get to crush my pills and take with applesauce. This feels really weird and its only temporary.

High....I came home with ice cream!!
