Day off. Yay!

So far...slept in. No alarm.
Called and got an appt to see an orthopedic doc. I need my knees checked out next. (I finished the vein treatments. In fact, no more support stockings. They are like wearing two pairs of tights on a very hot summer day)

Made mango sorbet. Super easy, frozen mango and cream of coconut milk. Its very refreshing.

Earlier this week I had an appt at the library to get fingerprinted. The security level at the school district for volunteers has changed. Sooo, while I was there, I picked up a couple of light summer reading books. So, I've been reading. I dont want to become an online zoobie...lol

And then there was the household stuff..

Oh and I renewed my beach pass. Starting next week it will be alternating beach days with gym days. Well, depending on what the knee doc does or says??? Last week, after work, I ran down to the beach for and hour and a half. Wow, it totally was relaxing. Like I made one day into two.
