Grant, Snowy, SuperFemme, are you folks going to be coming through Gainesville? We'd love to meet up with you and anybody else who'd like to come. There's a great Chinese and sushi place by Bivens Lake, where we met up with Yucko and Kim. The place where we made Yucko catch his own gatortail right outta the lake, since he insisted on ordering it, lol. The place is only 3 miles off of I-75.

It's a rule. If you want to eat one of our most - um - "precious" natural resources, then you have to catch it yourself. You could take Yucko with you seeing as he is an experienced trapper now and all. I actually think his "bite" was from the thorny bushes that lined the lake, but don't tell him I said that. P.S. The gator he caught was very, very small. Not much bigger than a fish, if truth be told. I don't even think it had teeth yet - MAYBE baby teeth. Don't tell him I said that, either.

Stearns in regard to your post Weatherboi n Lady Snow n SuperFemme were added to the list. If the Strutts can't make it , I don't think they should have to explain themselves, people do have things that come up unexpectantly.

I started this thread for people to meet and perhaps have get togethers and make new friends.

I didn't know that people weren't allowed to express concern and disappointment on the thread. Nor, did I know that you feel because you started the thread that you can speak for others. If you'll read closer, you can see that my question was posed rhetorically. Even if it weren't, the person addressed simply doesn't have to answer.

It seems here in your post that you spoke for Weatherboi so why the problem with Kat speaking for Mrs Strutt?

Obviously by your post you didn't read the entire thread, so it looks to me like Kat was just letting you know that the issue was already addressed.
