Affirmations For Today

I will continue to put positive energy into the universe. I will not take lightly other's emotions and pain. I will continue to transition into who I want to be.....where I will lay my head down at night knowing that on "this day" I have been compassion, sympathetic, understanding, loving, forgiving, encouraging, and kind to at least one other person who crosses my path.
