I'm a little bit disappointed in myself today. I was off and I had a whole list of stuff to do and I did a BUNCH of it, but I definitely could have done more. It was the DVR. I blame the DVR. And the rainbow sherbet.

Before I left workTuesday, I left a huge entry into our conversation log about taking responsibility for one's actions and job and doing what needed to be done, etc. I came in today to a paperwork nightmare. We lost a good sized group because someone was too lazy to call the woman back yesterday, another couple of reservations because of missing information, and I found a HUGE error that occured somewhere between now and late April.
Fuck me with scissors, people!  It disappoints me greatly that I have a smidge over a month left here and, by the time it rolls around, I won't miss it at all. More than four years of my life reduced to pissiness and juvenile behaviors. Sad. |
