I stepped on a bee when I was about 4ish. It took a handful of beefy, burly types (and some guys too) to hold me down so they could dig the stinger out of my big toe with pliers.

I don't like bees. Or wasps. Things with stingers in general, I don't like.

My high school mascot? A bee.
