Good evening, Floridians

Got back from my parents today and have them all taken care of for now. My dad's three-week post-op checkup was great...he was released from the surgeon's office and into the care of his regular cardiologist on Tuesday. I got some things done around the house for them, including power-washing the lanai and pool area...thank the goddess hairdressers have really strong arms It was nice to see Dad up and around and I know it did him good to see his granddaughter.

Mr. Strutt and I are taking the munchkin to Busch Gardens tomorrow, which will be a first for all of us. I can't believe I've been in Florida almost 13 years and this will be my first visit.

its been years since i have been to Busch Gardens, i like it there. smaller crowd then Disney for sure! have a good time. give my God Daughter a hug n kiss, n tell her i love her
