Took me a week to get a replacement phone, and although it's pretty snazzy too, it's not the same one I specifically picked out. No slideout qwerty keyboard. Gotta see if I'll like this new one. It's not much different.

The boy has started to show an interest in vehicles. He was pointing out several on the drive to Richmond the other day that he thought would be great first cars. hmm.. I think the list included a BMW convertible, a crossfire, a classic corvette stingray...

I told him his first car might be something more practical, and something he wouldn't be heartbroken if he lost it in a crash.

He says he "could.. possibly be happy " with one of those sensible Kias.

Dear Cold Case episode -

I can't take watching the episode of the girl dressing like a boy, feels like she's a boy, who likes boys, being put in a 'rehab' clinic and 'forced' to change. This is too sad for me. The doctors saying they were going to perform electroshock...

I think it gets to me because I know it was how it was back then when it was a 'disease'.

This episode is going to make me cry before it's over. I know it.
