Update
Hey everyone......
I just got off the phone with SD..... She has a consult with her surgeon first thing in the morning to see what the next step will be. SD is so thankful to all of You for Your love and thoughtfulness, but she is requesting no more calls/texts for the next several days. It makes sense, actually.....she's having to 'tell the story' or update with each call and part of the issue is the stress she was already under, right? So while she knows You mean well, it makes her dwell more on it when she needs to be taking care of herself by staying calm. And she is having some vision issues now, as well, so reading the texts are difficult for her right now. I will do my best to give You as much information as she gives me permission to relay and in a timely manner. In the meantime, she knows You're all here, wishing her well. SnackTime is there and is being very helpful. He and I are in touch, too, to discuss how we can best serve her needs.
