I was standing outside the shelter, smoking a cigarette on the porch. I had the outside lights on. I heard very distinctive heavy footsteps on the porch. They seemed to start only a couple feet in front of me and continue to the other end of the porch. I froze. The cats scattered, all except one. It stood with it's hair on end, looking up as though looking at a person. And then it was over... I need to bring a voice recorder or cam to work with me. |
