Everyone that I've asked who has them says they work. They are supposed to improve your balance as well as using up to 28% more of the gluteus maximus and to a lesser degree, the hams.

OK, it's early am, 2000.. I just get home from work and my then g/f and I are watching TV at 6am.. A comersial for this new and AWESOME product comes on.. We watch and she wants to get it.. We go back and forth, me saying that I don't care, I don't shave my legs, she is indesisive.. THEN the timer starts.. We'll get a free gift, but ONLY if we call in the next 15 minutes.. Yes, she ended up calling and getting the stuff..

ummm.. When it came in, she tried it and is put to tears with the pain of every hair on her leg being ripped from the roots.. Of course, I've GOT to see what the big deal is.. Holy Mary and Jeebus.. I think I GREW nads from the pain!

Moral of the story? Don't get nadded..

I don't know how they would help someone improve their balance? It seems that as soon as they take them off they'd have trouble walking normally. (lord knows, we gotta keep Corkey and Wax out of 'em.)
