movie nights cuddled up on the couch.

quiet mornings watching the sun peek in through the blinds.

Mondavi Center for the Arts. (Hey, his wine was pretty good, too!)

Mortgage. Ours is sweet! Less than $600 a month, including escrow! Ya can't rent an apartment here for that amount! Very grateful!
