I just have to say, I am soooo not a fan of the boiled peanut either, but I love seeing the stands by the road. Especially driving down 25 from Asheville to Greenville there are so many of them. It would feel weird not to see all the little "boiled p-nut" signs...lol

Never had the boiled peanut but now I am interested in these wee beasties I'm a northerner so maybe that is why and we don't have good cornbread either not like the one in the cast iron pan with a crust now that's cornbread!! LOoking forward to moving out of NJ soon yeah
