It wasn't working and after a bit of tweaking and such, I went with a simplier solution so there should now be a link in each user's post "bits" (the info on the left) just after the post count info. I'll see about adding it elsewhere into the profile for those times when not looking at posts and you're looking at someone specific.

Thank you for this Linus! I was just going to ask IF this was there somewhere, somehow to see photo's off of folk's profile - and how to work it? (I thought I was missing something right in front of me!)

(Oh, already asked and answered here somewhere question, but can you explain in a very simple way how to upload a photo for me? I tried like I did at my last site, but it said TOO LARGE! I don't know how to make it smaller to the specifications requested here. I don't even understand what it means! Appreciate it.)
