Today we had a drumming circle and one of my students brought his young son. He was just in awe of all the drums and playing, and he participated also. If you start 'em young, they have that as a gift forever.

I have been looking for a good hairstylist in Austin since I moved here. I have gone here and there, paid big bucks, and still left wondering what happened. So I decided to go to Supercuts out here in Oakhill. I figured why not, it's $13, and I brought a picture from Victoria's Secret. Well to my surprise the only person working was a gorgeous young Butch stylist, so yummy. I got the exact style I showed them, and got to enjoy 20 minutes cougar time. LOL I love the haircut, and I tipped them well. I left SMILING.

Finding out that the engine light on my car wasn't going to cost my left arm and right leg.

The repair was actually covered under my maxi care policy and only cost me $100.00 deductible. AND I got a free rental car until the repairs are complete.

Win/Win situation for me today !!!
