For so many children....
... for those that go home to no heat and no food ... for those whos parents cannot manage their own lives and addiction, let alone their childrens ... for those who need help, medication, and attention... but are told there is "nothing wrong with them" ... for the ones who slip through the cracks ... for those who by 13 have already become to hard to show they care Especially this time of year my heart goes out to children, I go to work each day in a place that is supposed to support and nurture children. A school, where they should feel safe, protected, and comfortable. I know it isn't true. They come to us from broken homes, endure bullying and harassment within our walls, and leave us to be beaten and abused. I want to do more... and I will always do all I can. so tonight.... ... for the ones I can't reach.

For my father who has throat cancer. We found out about it 4 weeks ago. We take each day as it comes.
