Whole wheat toast, made into a sandwich with mayo, ham and meunster cheese.....and LOTS of coffee, black.

I had a bowl well one cup of cheerios, banana and almond milk now enjoying a hot cup of tea and doing laundry for the week.

Whole wheat toast and hot tea

My tea of choice this morning (because I use loose tea) is called Woodland Walk
It has black tea, hibiscus, strawberries and blueberries blended together nicely
