Jo, I feel for you! I have sleep problems as well. I have no trouble falling asleep but get woken up by pain three or four hours later. I hope you get some much deserved rest tonight!!!

It is so cold outside!!! I just came in from a walk, I got up the street to the main road and almost turned back when the artic blast hit me in the face and took my breathe away. So much for living in the Sunny South! Yeah right! It will only get to 38 tomorrow and still we will have the wind!

I could use a refill on my hot chocolate now!! Who else will join me? Have a great day everyone!!!

Oh I will have some hot chocolate its cold here to in NJ but I guess that its expected just put the heat up too to 70 to warm things up. the dogs got treats which is welcomed to say the least!! Kats too bad about the pain that you are having, are you taking lyrica that helps with the pain I think. I have trouble sleeping every night with the cpap machine and the sleep apnea and the fibro it never ends..

just popping in to see who the hell turned down the heat............sheesh it is getting in low 30s overnight here and no more than 60 during day...i did NOT move to florida for this nonsense....im having to wear sleep pants AND socks to bed with a sheet and a cover and still am chilly...just crazy i tell ya

hope everyone is staying warm,feeling well and is having a good week!

Waves back atcha!! Yes its brrrr and cold today, tomorrow and the next day. The sewing machine is fixed and I'm ready to sew some duds!! I just need the money to go and pick it up, that will be a challenge, could use some french pressed goodness too, its that kinda of a day, will make instant in a pinch...munching on chocolate covered almonds yum from Trader JOe's. So I'm guessing that Florida has cold weather too can't get away from it. Its some air mass from Canada I think..stay warm and have a great day..leaving

Jen sweetie honey dont take this the wrong way,but if u want Michigan weather take ur butt to Michigan if we had snow i wouldnt mind so much actually

im at least able to eat a lil when i get up and i finally got to dr today..she actually up my medication by doubling the strength so hopefully the pain will be controlled and i should be able to sleep more as well
