Having some coffee and enjoying watching the birds eating this morning. One male and one female cardinal; a couple of bluejays, a dove or two and some smaller birds all having breakfast at the feeders!

is in an insomnia cycle. It sucks - partly because of winding down from the holidays, partly hanging out with a friend. I'm feeling better - hopefully I'll be on track with the sleep cycle soon.
